Having had some bad experiences with other companies claiming their extension tables were "universal fit" and that being very far from the case, I made a point of checking via email that this one would fit my machine; this query was very quickly dealt with - on a Sunday! - and I subsequently placed my order, which was an extremely easy process, even though I am far from competent with technology - more to do with my age than anything else! I just have to wait for my extension table to arrive now.
I have an old Singer sewing machine that I needed a foot pedal for, so I send an email enquiring about it. I received a very quick response from Stephen, letting me know it was in stock and sending me a link to their site. I ordered it and received it 3 days later. It was an exceptionally good service. Very quick, friendly and efficient. I am an occasional knitter, but as I am quite slow I really wanted to try and knit with a knitting machine. I had wanted one for years, so I purchased a Lk150 and have made some scarves and cardigans. They have turned out well, but I know I need to learn how to do other items. I am looking forward to experimenting and developing my experience, so that I can make more items. As a beginners machine I would recommend the Lk150.

I've visited the shop a few times, staff are always super helpful and willing to give their time to talk through options. They've provided no longer in production parts for my ancient Singer and offered advice to my husband on a fault it had. This is my second machine purchased, I recently bought a Brother overlocker recommended by staff, which has been brilliant and another Singer sewing machine (the ancient machine is still in repair), can't wait for it to arrive
