Quick Threading Schmetz Sewing Machine Needles

It has arrived, the fantastic needle that can thread it-self.! Well, I wouldn't go as far as to say that... However, they are superb.

This special quick threading needles has a tiny slit in the needle eye, which allows the thread to pass-through it and hey-presto the needle is threaded.

Threading Instructions:
Simple, all you do is slide the thread down the side of the needle and before you know it, the thread is through the eye.!

Many people only use this type of needle. It is fast to thread and is ideal for fat fingers or users who find it difficult threading the eye of a sewing machine needle.

Care must be taken when stitching with this type of needle because, by it's design, it is weaker than a regular needle.

These needles are suitable for all domestic sewing machines.

The needle code is: 130/705H also known as 15x1 where the shank is flat one side and round the other.

It's a good idea to have an assortment of needle sizes and types on hand in order to be able to experiment and find the one that works best for your combination of needle and thread.
