These type of needles are very fine, yet have a very sharp point. There are ideal for stitching awkward-to-sew materials like foils, where a normal needle would cause a problem and pull the fibers as it penetrated the material. Microtex needle can also be used when stitching delicate materials like silk, chiffons or lightweight polyesters.
These needles are suitable for all domestic sewing machines.
The needle code is: 130/705H also known as 15x1 where the shank is flat one side and round the other.
