Jaguar JS-50E Sewing Machine

Top dog of the new Jaguar JS series is the JS50E, like other JS models it has a front-loading spool, an aluminum chassis for stability and no skipping stitches. It offers 24 stitches with buttonholes is a 4 step sequence, as well as stretch, overedging, and mending functions.

The addition of the LED screen, shows the user icons for needle position, and maximum sewing speed. The voice feedback tells the user which light intensity setting you have selected ( a choice of 3 are available ), also needle position selected, at which time when, you lift your foot from the foot control and stopping the needle, it will always come to rest, either down, in the fabric for pivoting, or in the upper position to allow removing, or repositioning the garment being sewn. The other voice feedback, tells the user; speed has been added or reduced, after pressing the desired button.

It is speedy, yet smooth when sewing at speeds of up to 800 spm. The max speed adjustment comes in handy to slow the machine down at times.

Personally, for me while testing, I turned the speaker off, simply by pressing function keys 1 and 2 at the same time silences the voice guidance, if needed.
