There is a huge amount of projects available and plenty of how to videos. Brother have their own Artspira app available from Apple store or Google play with new embroidery and ScanNcut designs ready to download and use at no cost. Another free must have is the Canvas Workspace software for MAC or Windows, plus a lovely website for creating custom card boxes for gifts or decoration is well worth a visit. The fun projects are endless when you have a SDX2250D on your crafting table.

Convert embroidery data to an applique data

Here we select and embroidery design on the Brother XP3 and convert it in to a applique. Note how the large stitched body of the teddy has been changed in to a peice of fabric, we would then send the applique fabric peice to the SDX2250D to allow it to cut the correct fabric shape very precisely, in this case we used faux fur fabric for the teddy body. Back to the sewing machine to follow the steps to embroider it out.
