Pfaff Coverlock 3.0 Overlocker

The Pfaff Coverlock 3.0 is a combined overlocker and cover hem machine, it is the perfect choice for sewing enthusiasts who want to give their work a professional finish. Imagine, an all-in-one unit that can sew perfect edges, trimming fabric raw edges and attaching elastic. It can do this all as a single operation.

With clear and simple thread tension instructions on the stitch panel, colour coded threading paths and special threading levers, this Coverlock 3.0 is a dream to use and thread.

It has up to three needles, five threads and twenty-three stitch programs to give you the freedom to make all your ideas a reality. Absolutely even seams! Differential feed prevents seams from stretching or puckering. The differential feed can be individually adjusted as needed.

If you sew with lots of knit fabrics, you have probably run into difficulties creating a nice hem on at least some of these fabrics. The more slippery and lightweight the knit fabric is, the more challenging it is to sew and hem. Any one of the Pfaff 3.0 Coverlockers 23 stitch programs can be used for all stretch knit materials, for trimming, and finishing in one step.

Main Stitches in Overlock Mode:

• 5-thread overlock - combines two stitches for durable and reliable seams.
• 4-thread overlock - reinforced overlock stitch for perfect sewing, trimming and finishing.
• 3-thread overlock - wide and narrow overlock seams and decorative techniques.
• 2-thread overlock - rolled edge and flatlock, wide and narrow.

Stitches Available in Cover Stitch Mode:

• Triple Cover Stitch - For hems on stretch fabrics and for decorative effects on all kind of fabric.
• Double Cover Stitch - Both wide and narrow options. Use decorative thread in looper for embellishment.
• Chain Stitch - Join fabric layers where a traditionally pressed open seam is required.
