Use the Brother 4234d overlocker to sew, cut, and neaten in a single operation. Innovative features make this overlocker so easy to use and ensure professional quality down to the last stitch. You'll be inspired by the wide range of overlock stitches and enjoy the wealth of deluxe features that make serging an even greater pleasure, every edge can look perfect and loose loops are a thing of the past.
Threading is fast and straightforward by following the colour-coded guides plus it has the big advantage of having built-in needle threader that can thread both the left and right needles.
It can use two needles and can be used as 2, 3 or 4 thread overlocking incorporating the differential feed ratio is adjustable from .05 to 2.25, providing increased control for handling all types of fabrics. Threading is simple, with colour-coded guides and a self-threading lower looper. The Brother 4234D switches to rolled hemming without changing the needle plate.
Stitches include 4 thread overlock, 3 thread overlock wide and narrow, rolled hemming, flat lock, pin tucks, and blind hemming.
Adjustable stitch length, cutting width, and differential feed make this machine incredibly versatile. It also features a free-arm/flat bed convertible sewing surface for easy control when overlocking cuffs and sleeves, saving time and producing professional results.
Our 4234d also comes with an excellent instructional DVD explaining the threading and use of the machine and a handy fabric offcut catcher and blind stitch hem foot...!
Features such as convenient colour-coded thread paths make threading quick and simple, built-in rolled hem, easy threading left looper and of course, the differential feed adjustment to help cope with the most demanding fabric. The differential feed can also be used for applications such as gathering. The looper cover doubles as a storage tray which keeps the accessories at hand ready to be used when required.
