Pfaff Ambition 640 Sewing Embroidery Machine

The Pfaff Creative Ambition 640 has many features and many hidden gems like the stitch-width safety function which prevents needle breakage and automatically limits stitch width to centre-needle position, whilst using the straight stitch foot.

The 70 x 53 mm LCD screen displays the stitch you select using the soft-touch buttons on the front panel and whilst in sewing mode, you can adjust the maximum speed by setting the slider, reverse your stitch and needle up/down as well as thread end trimming...this can all be done via the front panel buttons. Even the hand wheel has a lovely soft rubber feel, it adds that premium feel to an awesome sewing machine.

Software included for both MAC and PC users, there's no stopping your creativity whilst using this premium special edition model. 

What Pfaff, of this quality, would be without the unique IDT dual feed system. If you have never used Pfaff’s IDT, it is similar to using a walking foot, but more industrial, like a compound feed system, which is incorporated into the manufacturing process and offers the very best fabric movement. Both forward and backward motion give near zero fabric slippage.

Extra embroidery designs are included on the USB which can be inserted directly into the Ambition 640 to give an abundance of embroidery designs that can be sewn into the 24x14cm embroidery hoop which is included. Just slip on the embroidery unit and let’s start to embroider.

The Creative Ambition 640 also includes two embroidery software programs;

• PREMIER+ 2 QuickFont - Create font files in .VF3 for your embroidery machine to use from almost all TrueType or OpenType fonts on your computer.
• PREMIER+ 2 Explorer – To view embroideries as thumbnail images in Windows file explorer. Search for and sort your embroideries with ease. Browse them in different sizes and print a worksheet. Convert your designs to other embroidery formats, add trim commands or change thread range.

This included software allows you to open the PREMIER+ 2 Embroidery module, allows you to open embroidery stitch files, flip, rotate, combine, colorsort, change thread colours, print templates and export to other stitch formats.

Because it is a sewing and embroidery machine, it's very versatile.
